HB-A1SP

The HB-A1SP is a GPS electronic seal, a smart padlock that combines a physical lock with GPS positioning and 4G connectivity. Once fitted to a container or trailer, it reports live location and seal status to a web or mobile platform and sends an instant alert if the cable is cut or the cargo is opened without authorisation. Unlike a passive bolt seal that is read-only at the port gate, this electronic container lock tracks cargo continuously across the whole journey.

The 20,000 mAh battery gives up to 60 days of standby without any charging. With the optional solar panel, it becomes a self-sustaining solar GPS tracking device, topping up in daylight to extend runtime on long routes. It also supports fast USB charging at 5V and 4A, reaching a full charge in about 5 hours.

It offers 4 options: RFID card (range under 2.5 cm), the Bluetooth 5.2 mobile app (up to 20 m), 4G remote unlocking with no distance limit and SMS command. This lets you release a container remotely or grant on-site access to authorised staff only.

Multi-lock cascade operation lets one master HB-A1SP manage several slave locks in a single network (HBOIOT rates the master for up to 7).
